2 hours till tomorrow.....today was the most barren my kitchen has been in a while, but I somehow managed to still make a great little salad of cucumbers and carrots with my special dressing that I've been tryin to perfect for over 10 years now. I fear it will never be my Nena's (paternal grandma) =) Thank goodness I always have gallons (jk) of Olive oil and a never ending supply of garlic......I made a simple Aglio e Olio- which is just olive oil and garlic....but so perfect with real Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan) grated from the wedge.....easy, lite, and thrifty.....went pretty awesome with my X-men movie choice for the night....Anyway it's going be time for a trip to the grocery store soon. So sweet dreams and more when theres more to tell<3
